The furnished two-storey house has three bedrooms (a single room downstairs; a twin room and a double room upstairs), a spacious living and dining room and a small kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, induction hob), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Hot water is provided by a controlled electric boiler. The house has a large terrace, and one of the upstairs bedrooms has a balcony.
